Shared Calendars

I have just installed Microsoft Office 2003 on about 20 computers here in our
office. The manager doesn't want to spend any more money right now on
exchanger so I am on a mission to find a way for us to share a calendar and
it be easy to access. We use xp's and 98's. Can you please help us?
