shared calendar

I recently installed MS Small Business Exchange Server 2003 and MS Outlook
2003. Any entries made to my Calender through shared calendar show up on my
calendar 1 hour earlier than entered. Has caused problems. Hope soneone can
help. thanks.
 
Confirm Time zone settings, paying special attention to Daylight Savings
time settings between your workstation and the server. Outlook gets this
information from Windows.
