shared borders

I use a shared border along the left side of the webpage (for all pages on the site). The problem is that some pages have more content than others and thus are longer. Is there a way to make the shared border (on each page) automatically adjust its length to the length of the content (which is in a table).

put ur content in a table on the shared border page to
whatever width, then set the table height for 100%.

p.s. u might want to consider an include pages, they are
more versatile.

Jason: I tried your suggestion, but it didn't affect the page a bit. The table grows just fine to whatever length is needed to hold the content. The problem is the shared border doesn't grow in length to match it

Even if 100% height tables were globally support by all browsers, it won't stretch your shared border content to match your page
content - since they are in 2 different tables on you page

So is there a way to do what I want. Is the only way to insert a frame for all content sections

Do use shared borders, use the FP Include Page inserted into the left column of a two column table,
where you main page content is in the right column.

I've been wanting to change over a shared border site to include (used to be frames), unfortunately the site has over 600 pages and no simple way to accomplish it globally. My boss would freak at the overtime.

Since you wiped out the remainder of this thread in your post, many of us
don't know what you are talking about, so help may be hard to come by.

Recommend you keep snippets of your original.

Good luck.
