shared borders

lets say a i make a left shared border and decide to put
table with pics on it. can i use this same left shared
border on other pages and put different pics in the
table? what im trying to say is can i modify the shared
border from the page im working on, so that only that
page is different and all the rest stay the same? or will
it affect all pages?

No. Shared Borders content is shared between all pages using the specific shared border. Use the FP
Include Page component instead of Shared Borders, then you can create new Include Pages as needed.

How do you use the Include component when your boarder to be shared is a
3-column Table. I have gif files on the right and left along with Text in
the middle.

I don't see how the include component works on this. I only see how to
include a single item. What am I missing?
