Shared Border won't apply to ALL pages...

Howdy,

I have a web (FP2002) that I want to turn shared borders on for a footer. For some reason it works
fine when I go to a specific page and turn the border on. But when I choose All Pages, it doesn't
do anything.

I want it to be on ALL pages so it also affects any New pages I create. Is there something that
would cause this functionality to not work for some reason?

Make sure you have a web open, and not just a page.
