Shared border colors do not show up in Preview in Browser

I changed the colors on top and left shared borders. When I look at them on design and preview they look great. When I preview in the browser they completely disapear. Im sure this means they wont show on the net either. Help!
 
Are you viewing via the browser using http:// on a server that has the FP extensions, as they are
required to view this feature of shared borders.

PS
Actually a server running the FP 2002 SE is required for the new shared border background color/image feature
