shared border background not working

Cannot work out why a background image shows up on my
local site (disk) but does not show up when uploaded to
another server - I've tried everything....have it as an
image in the (top) shared border, inside a table; I've
indicated it for the border, for the table, for the cell -
no go! Why?

Have you imported the image in to your current open FP web before using?

Can you provide a URL to the page you are currently trying to insert it in?
