Shared Boarder or Dyan=mic WEb Pages

I am using Front Page 2000 to manage my church's web site.
(www.unionbaptistohio.org) Because I manage the site I am given my own
sections. www.unionbaptistohio.org/arnetts.html

Presently I use tables on the pages for the church and copy the menu in the
left cell.
When I get to my site I use a simply menu at the top.

I have been thinking of using left shared borders for the church's section
but don't want to change on my section. Is there a way to do that or is
dynamic web pages available on FrontPage 2000?

DWT are only available starting in FP 2003

You can not add shared border to just pages of the site as they may be also be applied to the whole site
- and will affect the shared borders already in use on the main site
(there can only be 1 set of SB per site)

Look at FP Include pages
Or see if the can set you up w/ a subweb where whatever you use will not affect the root web
(a folder named arnetts converted to a web)
