Share workbook

Hi all,

Need your help to provide on how to protest the share workbook with a
password and it is only allow for 7 to 10 persons allow to share out this
Excel file.

Please provide me the steps.

Besides, if I have share workbook for 7 person and the file is allow to open
and make changes at all the times. Please further explain if one of the user
does not clidk on save button means that the changes that he/she make will
not update accordingly right ?

Is there a way to let the system to auto update the changes instead the
users to manually click on save button?
