Share Users Detailed Outlook Calendar and Make it Dynamic

I know I can create a Public Calendar in Exchange and then create a Group
Schedule but users have to open the public email folders, select the Public
Calendar and then select Action and then select View Group Schedules (Not
sure how this works for my Outlook 2000 users yet). This displays all users I
added to the Group but it only shows Free, Busy or Out Of Office. Would be
nice if it were exact replica of each Group Members current private Exchange
Outlook calendar and have it Dynamic as well. Once it's set up if a user
makes a change to there private Exchange Calendar on their PC it replicates
to the Public (Company Wide) Calendar and has details as opposed to just
Free, Busy or Out of Office. That way each user would essentially manage
his/her calendar.

I am hoping there is an easier way. Would like to have 1 Calendar in the
Public Folders that details all users (or users I select from GAL) schedules
(Appointment with whom, names, appointment notes ECT) as seen on their
current Exchange calendar including details.

Can this be done?

Outlook 2000 doesn't support group schedules. You might want to take a look at the other group calendar viewers listed at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm
