share outlook account between multiple users on a pc

We are a small charity and have one PC running Outlook 2003 with multiple
users. We have a public email address (eg. Enquiries@...) and need to set it
up so that the various users can all access this email account, and also see
the replies. How to do this?

Hi Ray,

have a look on this sites:

Maybe an IMAP account could be a solution:

Maybe it helps.

RayC,

the easiest and least messy way to do this is to give everyone that needs to
access that mailbox rights to do so. then they can set up outlook to access
that mailbox while they are logged onto that machine or any machine on the
network, if that applies.

The Easiest way to do this is to log onto the machine as the user that can
open the mailbox and then while in outlook right click on the mailbox, or
specific folder in the mailbox if you want, and then click on "sharing" and
from there you can add the other users' names that you want to have access.
You can even specify what kind of access you want them to have too. That's
entirely up to you.

Then just set up outlook from the other user names and specify to use that
shared mailbox name, it does let you specify, and then sinice they now have
permissions to access that box it will open for them.
