Share Outlook 2000 Calendar without Exchange

Please let me know if there is a way to
Share Outlook 2000 Calendar without Exchange.

The LAN i am working on has no internet connection
and outlook will be used without mail, just for sharing
Calendar information.

There are third party applications that allow for sharing data when Exchange
