share other users sent items

What do you mean by "share"? Do you mean you want others to be able to see
your Sent Items folder or that you want others to be able to place items in
your Sent Items folder?

Right-click Sent Items. Choose Properties and click the Permissions tab.
Grant the permission to view the folder to the people you choose.
 
I have done this bill

But cannot see the sent items for the user
It does not seem to have a selection for this so how do i get the selection
for the sent items

First, I believe the person who wants to share the folder has to allow
access to the entire mailbox with the "Folder Visible" permission
(right-click Outlook Today and choose Sharing) and then, on the Sent Items
folder, Select the "Read Items" permission. There may be other steps, too,
but I don't share folders and so the above may not be enough. Someone else
with more expertise can step in, but a Help search for "share folders"
should give you plenty of information.
