An employee is leaving the company and wants to forward some of her folders
to her replacement. We do not want to forward al of the messages in one
email - as this makes them more difficult to find. We want to just copy the
folder to another user. Any advice?

Go to File > Data File Management and you will see a window containing all
the user's Outlook Data files, take note of the location of the Data File and
close Microsoft Outlook. Now copy that file onto the new user's profile open
the new user's Outlook and add the data file by going to File > Data File
Management. From there click add and choose the compatible type of the
Outlook Data file, once you click ok browse for the file and click ok.

I would suggest importing the desired folders into the target user's existing
..pst file. You can choose which folders to import and where to import them
into.

once you copied the pst to the new user, open up the pst and drag the info
into the new users pst. The close and delete the old pst
