Share folder over network with a password?

What I want to do is share a folder over a network with a password. Does
anyone have any ideas? All of my computers are running WinXP Pro with SP2
and I can't seem to be able to find the ability to share a folder over the
network and make it password protected. I want to have the computer with
the folder on it protected from everyone but administrators and then share
it over my network with a password. Do I need a third party program to do
this, can WinXP Pro (w/SP2) do this internally, or do I need to revert to
Win2000 Pro? By the way, this isn't just a folder but an entire drive I
would like to do this with.

You must ensure the "Guest" account is enabled. Right-
click MyComputer and choose "Manage" then go to the Local
Users branch and make sure the "Guest" account is enabled.

Neither WinXP nor Win2000 has passwords for shared folders or drives.

Since you have Windows XP Pro, you can disable simple file sharing and
define access control lists that specify user names and their allowed
mode of access. Ron Lowe and I have written a web page with details:
