D Dave Peterson Oct 4, 2003 #2 Put the macro(s) in a workbook and share that. John Walkenbach has a nice workbook that adds an dropdown to the menubar. It works really nice. http://j-walk.com/ss/excel/tips/tip53.htm (If it's just one macro, you may want to just give it to the users and tell them to load it when they need it and alt-F8 to invoke it.)
