Share BCM database without Outlook

I have the BCM database running on an MSDE instance on SBS.

How can I share this BCM data using osql or even Web Data
Administrator? (I can't run Outlook on the server because it's also
running Exchange) Ie what/where in the database indicates that certain
users are permitted shared access to it?

Connect to that database instance with Outlook with BCM and then use the BCM
tools to share it?

Is this a BCMV2 database?
