Share a file on my c:\drive with two computers

I have 2 computers that are networked via router and wireless cable modem. I
want to share folders between the 2 computers. I drag them to the shared
folders and they don't appear on the second computer. I right-clicked and
chose "Properties, Sharing" and chose "Share this folder" and am not sure
what should go in "Share name" ..?

Not an Outlook issue. Ask in a Windows XP newsgroup.
