Uninstall MSN Messenger beta (betas should be used by advanced users anyway,
nothing personal), then do a system restore to a time when you didn't have
this issue. As far as replying to you by email, no chance, as this isn't
email support. Also, if you found your way here to seek help, you can just
as easily come back the same way to check for an answer, despite your
statement that you "don't know how to get back to this site".

thank you tom i did all that. there was no need to be so nasty i wasnt sure
i could get back to this page. the reason i have beta messenger is cause i
cant install 6.2 it gives me an error message. i went back to before this
issue and didnt solve the problem. i went back to the 17 which is before i
had the problem. ty for your response any way. i still would appreciate any
other help. I am anovice at this please sont be so gruff ok

Not gruff, but I pointed out to you the first time that emails don't come
from here (typically). Posting another thread will get you ignored most
times also, as answer get fragmented and lost because you made a separate
post, whilst using the web based reader, and look for answers. The main
reason for NO email answers, is so other can see the helpful replies and
learn (maybe) from that.

Anyway, try posting to this newsgroup if you insist on using the web based
forum (best to use a news reading progrma like Outlook Express).
