SGTray error at shutdown

Hello,

I sometimes have problems with a program called "SGTray"
not shutting down when I shut Windows down. (I have to
manually shut this program down to get the Windows
shutdown to proceed.)

I am running XP Pro on an IBM ThinkPad T30. I called IBM
and they told me that I have to reinstall Windows.

Any other ideas?? Please respond to my email address
above.

SGTray is a componant of Backup Exec and Backup MyPC. It causes many
problems. Uninstall just the component for automatic updates using
add/remove.
