I'm trying to send some files through a firewall, i would
like to have some security, so i would like to use sftp or
something, can i use a secure transfer protocol which used
easy configuration in the firewall.

Yes, in most cases. However, some firewalls will puke when they see certain
FTP over TLS implementations that use standard ports (WS_FTP does this),
because the protocol validation fails.

There is nothing native in IIS to allow this, but some common [and often
free] alternatives are listed here:

Many of these alternatives require the client to download and install
special FTP client software.
