sfc_os.dll

I recently started getting the message "this application has failed to
start because sfc_os.dll was not found. Re-installing the application
may fix this problem." I bought a spyware proctection a while back and
this started after I used it. Also all of a sudden my pc no longer
recognizes my printer. I am also getting "the instruction @"0x62304390"
referenced memory@#0x62304390". this memory could not be read" My
computer will not read any cds at all and I have no idea how to fix it.
Could someone please help me?

have you tried that?
