Hi!
I'm new here. I use Excel 97 and I want to know about how to use sexagesimal
degrees (degrees from 0 to 360, minutes and seconds from 0 to 59) to
geographical calculations (latitude and longitude).
I tried it with the date and hour format values but it doesn't work.
Some idea?
