\\severname not allowed

Can someone please tell me what setting would disallow this action. I have
users that aren't allowed to use a web browser and type in \\servername. I
have one policy that has about 80 settings and I am not sure which one it
is.

NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled?
Using WINS?

Hi Brandon,

User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Start Menu and Taskbar |
Remove Run from Start Menu
