Severe Icons Problem

After installing the Nero Ultra7 all the icons for MS Windows 2003
administration tools have lost their original icons and take the new icon for
this Nero. I have also some other icons with the same case, I have
uninstalled the Nero and make a repai installation for windows and I have the
same problem as I have the standard unknown programs icon??
Can any one help??

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Scroll down until you see TweakUI on the rt side of page.
It has a Icon Repair feature.

When installing Nero if you don't untick the program association boxes Nero
will associate itself with all its programs eg dvd,avi will asssociate with
showtime try right clicking on the default icon choose open with and choose
the program you wish to open it with.Tick the box at the bottom always use
this program.This can be a fault with xp keep updated and good luck .LOZ

Hi LOZ
This is working with any program files like mp3, etc, but what I'm talkling
about is the programs shortcuts, ie. Windows administration tools, all icons
is taking the icon if Nero Photo Viewer and even when I try to adjust the
icon I can see the Change Icon button is dimmed.
This is happening to so many programs shortcuts like Skype, Quick Time.
