Several programs require Permission

I have several programs that must be given permission each time I start them.
One example, is the utility program called CCleaner. Is there a way to give
it permanent permission to avoid granting permission on each invocation?

Use a shortcut to the app, and set the Properties of the shortcut to 'run as
administrator' Rightclick the icon, Properties.

I also read about a program called TweakUAC which allows you to avoid the
permission business without turning off UAC. This is the link:
http://www.tweak-uac.com/what-is-tweak-uac/. I wonder if this is an easier
solution since I have a number of programs requiring permission and this
handles them all at once.

Tried this, but still get the permission window? What could I be doing wrong?

No, If you want to break a chain, you only need to break one link. After
that, using the chain is nothing but added weight. Turn it off in User
Accounts.

So, let me understand. Are you saying that setting up the shortcut you
mentioned won't do the trick? I also need to turn off UAC?
