sever unexpectedly terminated connection?????

when i go on out look express and click on send/receive
button i get this msg: Your server has unexpectedly
terminated the connection. Possible causes for this
include server problems, network problems, or a long
period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.comcast.net',
Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '+OK', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F
i called my ISP they said its microsofts fault and there
is a fix but i cant find it???
can anyone help??

Do you have any anti-virus software that scans your email? If so, turn it
off and see if your problem goes away. If it does, contact your anti-virus
vendor and see if they have an update.
