SetValue action doesn't exist?

I'm using Access 2007 and trying to write a macro to set the value of a field
in a form. I know how to do this so I'm not wanting advice how to do that.
However, on my version of Access my list of "Actions" in the Macro design
window does NOT include SetValue - when I try to type it in I get a message
saying that this is not in the list.

Anyone know what is going on here - it is really inconvenient not being able
to do this!
