Setup users and roles with C# MS Access and MSSQL DB (Framework 2.0)

Please, if you know for some good EXAMPLE how to set Setup users and
roles with C#, MS Access and MSSQL within framework 2.0.

I found some examples with VB but it is not appropriate for me.
