Setup Problesm

Windows 2000 can not get setup:

When I run under safe mode, computer appears:
- multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS\System32
\ntoskrnl.exe ;
- multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS\System32
\hal.dll;
- multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS\System32
\BOOTVID.DLL

My computer only has CD-reader (NO floppy disk drive).

Anybody has an idea to fix it? Thanks for your kind help!

Safe mode displays the drivers as they load, are those the only three
loading? What kind of problem is the machine having during a normal boot?
