setup is being restarted

Having tried repairing Windows (xp pro sp2) because of graphic driver
problems, my machine powers up, gets past the Widows logo then stops on a
two-tone blue screen with the message 'setup is being restarted.' Can anyone
help?
 
Try going into save mode and then select 'Last known good
configuration that worked' and then reboot, it'll take a minute or
so.
