Setup disk

My windows xp home disk is sp 1. But since then I have sp 2 ie 7 and tons of
updates. Is there a way to make a recovery disk that's more up to date with
sp 2 and such. I'm getting ready to upgrade my Mortherboard cpu ram and
video card.

Yes it's a process called slipstreaming. Autostreamer makes it easier.
