Setup can't read Oemsetup.inf

I'm trying to install Windows 2000 Advanced Server on a
Gateway Rackmount 955 Server. It came with Ultra 320 SCSI
Host RAID controller. It's mirrored using RAID1. I chose
F6 to load the SCSI driver that I extracted from the
Gateway driver CD to a disk. After the driver was loaded
just before the copying files step, I got the following
error message about Setup can't read the Oemsetup.inf
file. I pressed "Escape" to skip the file and continue
setup. After the first GUI setup and the computer
restart, Windows crashed during the 2nd GUI setup. I got
a stop error: Un-acessible boot device. Got the same
error when I tried to boot to "Safe mode and command
prompt. I looked for the Oemsetup.inf file on the driver
disk and found none in the driver folder.

Please help!
