SETUP can't get info about FLOPPY DRIVES

So I tried to install Windows XP again, cause I wanted a clean install.

Then I got this error during the 'Setup preparation':

(Free translated from dutch "Setup can't find or save information about the floppy drives. Access denied."
When I click OK, the whole setup is canceled.
