Setup cannot copy file wmsoeres.dl_

Installing 64-bit Beta stops with message "Setup cannot copy file wmsoeres.dl_"

Search for the file on the CD shows the file existing on D:\i386, where the
setup program expects it, but selecting it still produces this message.

Searches for the dll produce no information. What does this dll do? Can I
safely continue the install and bypass this file?

Yes.

I did finally find a web site that described this dll as having to do with
Outlook Express. I continued the install, bypassing this dll.
