Settings controling "Purge Deleted Messages"

In Outlook 2003 when you click "Purge Deleted Messages" by default it asks
you to confirm. Does anyone know how to turn off this behaviour? There was a
setting in the previous version I can't find now.

the setting in Tools | Options |Other tab ... Advanced Options ... "warn
before permanently deleting items" might apply.
