First, you should open a new thread to address your specific problem . . . .
.. second, you should post all error messages into the thread for assistance.
If you are getting repeated requests to enter UID / PW, and you've entered
it and it doesn't work - cancel out of it and you should get error messages
that you can copy / paste here.
Click Cancel when you get that prompt, which should produce an error message.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
Also, if the error message doesn't already contain it, we need to name of your
mail service provider.
