Verizon's online email support is a bit of a mess because they have
five different email systems. You will have to pick out the one
that applies to you: http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp/
If you get an error message after setting up your account in Windows Mail,
right-click on the error message, copy, and post it here.
I have never used a computer before. i do not know how to set up a gmail
account. every time I enter my user name and password it tells me they do
not match
