Setting up users account

I had previous asked a question in previous thread but my last question was
not answered. The last response I got was from user N. Paldino was:

"It seems that you do not have the SQL Server set up with a user
associated with the JONESMACH\HP_OWNER user that the website is running
under. You need to configure this user in the security settings for the SQL
Server (and for your database) and it should work. "

My question in response to N. Paldino was:
I've tried to set up SQL Server with a user associated with the
JONESMACH\HP_OWNER unsuccessfully. Could you point me to some resource? Why
does the error not occurring with the default ASPNET.MDF DB? Isn't it running
under JONESMACH\HP_OWNER?

If you can, put the SQL Server into mixed mode authentication and use a SQL
Server login in your connection string, e.g. "uid=userName;pwd=password".
It's better to use the same defined SQL server login anyway since you get the
benefit of connection pooling.
