Setting up Outlook 2003

I have Windows XP Professional O/S. My ISP is MSN through my Cable Company. I
want to keep the current email account I have with MSN and also create an
additional acct on Outlook. How?, and can I create a different email address?

You can't create an address, only your ISP or mail provider can. However,
if your ISP account supplies an address you can certainly add an account to
Outlook to use that address. Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Add a new e-mail
account>Next and enter the required information, which your ISP can provide.
