Setting Up Hotmail In OE6

I was wondering how you set up a free Hotmail account in Outlook Express 6

I want to do it cause I'm getting tired of going to their site to check my
email.

Their welcome email said something about checking Hotmail with OE but that
was said under the larger inbox service

Can this be done with free Hotmail and how?
