setting up email server

i need to send windows email but i can't figure out how to set up my e-mail
server. POP3? And how do i get the outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name?

Actually, it's a time zone issue; the OP is in Greece and their PC time zone set for Pacific US.

Please don't type in all CAPS. It is considered equivalent to shouting.

Every ISP and mail provider has their own mail servers, so you need to
consult their website for instructions. If you can't find that information,
tell us who your ISP or mail provider is, and we can look it up for you.

Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a
reply here. We need to see all the details.

their email servers. If they haven't written instructions for
Windows Mail yet, use their instructions for Outlook Express
but do it under Windows Mail instead. The instructions are
