Setting up email in Vista?

Not accepting incoming: pop.earthlink.net
nor
outgoing smtpauth.earthlink.net? What am I missing? TIA
 
Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that error message.
