Setting up broadband for limited users?

Hey all,
I'm using Windows XP Home Edition and I'v recently got Blueyonder Wireless Broadband, it works fine on my user account (administrator) but for the children I'v given them limited accounts and they cant access the internet. When i give them Administrative priviliges it works fine. Is there anything i can do so that broadband works on limited user accounts?

Try contacting their tech support if you can. I have Comcast High Speed,
and it works on even the Guest account, although it took a while to get all
of the kinks out.
The only thing I can think to recommend is trying to re-install the modem if
you have made a lot of system tweaks.
