Setting up a chat room

I'm in a distance learning graduate school program. I
have a group project to do with five other people all
living in different areas of the country. We would like
to set up a chat room so that we can all be online to
discuss the project at the same time. What is the
easiest way to accomplish this? If anyone can help we
would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Why not just use Windows Messenger or Windows Net
Meeting. Search on the Microsoft site for these product
as they should easily fullfill your requirements.
