setting screen format to 9x16

I saw those wide screen notebooks with the screen format of 9x16 and
videofilms look good on it.
I use a standard desktop with a screen format 3x4, and a video projector to
watch video.
The projector allows screen format both 3x4 and 9x16.
Does XP allow to set the screen to format 9x16 rather than standard 3x4?
All the resolution available on Screen properties are multiples of 3x4.
