Setting multiple column widths in a table

I have a table with 9 columns, 7 of which I want to be the
same width. Is there a way to set the same width for all 7
columns?

You could do that in an automated fashion it if you created a Word table
object or an Excel (table) object. But with the standard PowerPoint Table
object, you have to adjust the column widths manually.
