Hi, there,
XP Home/nonadmin account.
I have an annoyance. I have certain default folder views I want for
certain kinds of files.
For example, I want my mp3 files to contain duration, bit rate, date
modified, etc.
I can set these things by directory. But that is tedious.
For example, my default on mp3 directories is thumbnail (I don't know;
I never assigned that). Perhaps I was on XP Pro (I'm on Home edition
now).
I can change it to View Details, but must I do it for every single
directory. isn't there a way I can set this default for several
directories at a time?
Previously, XP would figure out it's a multimedia directory and change
properties accordingly. However, I can't figure out how to bring back
this behavior. Also, can I apply custom folder view properties to more
than one directories?
