Setting First Day of Week in Taskbar Calendar

how do i set the first day of the week in the task bar
calendar???

currently it is set at sunday? i wish it to be monday!

it must be dependent on something...

this is on my work pc...

it is setup almost exactly the same as someone elses pc (at
work) - their first day of week is monday...mine is sunday...

they are in fact brand new pcs with the same base
setup...the only differences are that some extra different
development software has been loaded onto each...

this is beyond weird as everything you would think would
have an affect on this is the same...

Might be some third party program, but it's not something you can change in
Windows itself.
