Setting desktop to neutral grays

How can I set my desktop to display neutral grays only
using RGB values of 128? Needed to calibrate for
Photoshop. Thanks.
 
Internet options opening tab,sets color,and in desktop
go to display,desktop,the color bar adjusts the color.
